Is there a fee to plan my trip?
Our planning fee varies depending on the complexity of your trip. We'll discuss this transparently during your initial consultation — there are no surprises.
How far in advance should I reach out?
For most trips, we recommend reaching out at least 2–3 months in advance. For peak season travel, major events, or complex multi-destination itineraries, 4–6 months is ideal.
Do you handle group travel?
Yes. We plan trips for couples, families, and small groups. For larger groups (10+), please mention this in your inquiry so we can discuss logistics.
What if my plans change after booking?
Life happens. We work with you to adjust, rebook, or reschedule whenever possible. We also recommend appropriate travel insurance for every trip we plan.
